About this event
National Three Peaks Challenge 2028
Take on the National Three Peaks Challenge with Turning Tides and join us as we climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon, the UK’s highest mountains in just 24 hours!
We need a group of dedicated adventurers who believe everyone deserves a home and are interested in making this trip of a lifetime. You’ll need a good level of fitness and a dedication to fundraising.
The National Three Peaks Challenge is a fully supported and professionally managed hiking challenge that gives you the chance to test your limits whilst changing lives.
A Challenge with a Purpose
On average, someone experiencing rough sleeping walks 11 miles (17.7km) everyday search of food, shelter, safety and support. That’s roughly half the distance you will be cover during this challenge.
At Turning Tides, we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. That’s why we provide wraparound support, helping people experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives, regain confidence, find stability, and reconnect with their community.
Every pound raised will help provide vital support to someone experiencing homelessness in our West Sussex community, giving them the opportunity to start their own journey and take the first steps towards a place to call home.
Invite your family, friends, and colleagues to join you for this incredible experience – the more the merrier!

Register your interest today!
You will need to pay an initial £20 holding deposit to register your interest. We are planning the challenge to take place in June 2028. Once the date is confirmed, your £20 deposit will be taken off your registration fee. If you cannot make the event date chosen or the event is cancelled, we will refund your deposit.
You will get full fundraising support to help you raise vital funds for Turning Tides from our incredible fundraising team. You can choose how you would like to book, whether you want to self-fund and raise what you can or double your trip costs through fundraising! See below –
Minimum sponsorship: pay the registration fee and then raise a minimum of double the trip cost. Turning Tides will then cover the costs of your challenge. 80% of this needs to be raised 9 weeks before the departure, with the remaining 20% needing to be raised a month before departure.
Self-funded: You pay the registration fee and cover the cost up to 9 weeks before the trip. You then raise what you can for Turning Tides.
