Our recruitment process

  • Applications: Submit via the online form, including the equal opportunities questionnaire
  • Shortlisting: Conducted by recruiting managers against published criteria
  • Interviews: Held at Worthing Town Hall, across services or virtually. Reasonable adjustments are made to support candidates. For frontline roles, a client may also attend interviews
  • Outcome: Candidates will be informed as advised by the recruiting manager
  • Multiple applications: You may apply for more than one role; please notify HR when submitting multiple applications
