Waking Night Support Workers

The Service

We work closely with the local authority with the aim to end local homelessness. We offer a personalised approach to working with individuals to manage risk and reduce associated harm from substance use and multiple exclusion.

You will be part of a team, tasked with developing, shaping and evaluating the service to meet the unique needs and aspirations of clients, including those who are actively using substances, have a dual diagnosis or mental health conditions or have experienced multiple exclusions from services.

This service will be offering a high support residence in Worthing town centre.  With options for tailored, specialist provision; onsite activity and multiagency support, this service will be a genuine place of opportunity.

About You

Turning Tides is committed to developing psychologically informed environments that encompass key concepts of this approach, including ‘elastic tolerance;’ and strengths-based working. As such, candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to work flexibly and creatively to create a culture that supports these values.
