Turning Tides’ flag at the top of Helvellyn, the third highest point in England 😀 A massive well done to the Year 10 students from St Oscar Romero School who have conquered their Wainwrights challenge, walking 37km and climbing in excess of 4000m across the peaks of the Lake District (we’re exhausted just thinking about it!) They are getting so close to their fundraising target of £8000 to support people experiencing homelessness. Last weekend we held our Meet Turning Tides event Last weekend we held our Meet Turning Tides event and then some wonderful Turning Tides supporters sacrificed their bed for the night to fundraise to support those in our community with no safe place to call home. They heard from Sophia and Franc, two clients that have been supported by Turning Tides. SleepOut participant Kelly said "Completely inspiring.
