Turning Tides mission is to end local homelessness in Worthing, Adur, Littlehampton, Horsham and Mid Sussex. The charity has grown significantly over the last five years to be able to achieve this. In 2018 we acquired accommodation in East Grinstead, opened a 34 bed assessment centre in Worthing and set up an assertive outreach service to rough sleepers across Mid Sussex. We have over 100 staff and 300 volunteers.

The role involves supporting teams with the day to day management of services as well as motivating, empowering and supporting clients whether in supported accommodation or the community hubs.
