Salary - £29,290 per annum
37.5 hours per week

Turning Tides mission is to end local homelessness in Worthing, Adur, Littlehampton, Horsham and Mid Sussex. We have over 100 staff and 300 volunteers.
This role has been funded by the Ministry for Housing and Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in partnership with Horsham District Council, Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council.
Based in Horsham three days per week and Mid Sussex two days per week, you will lead on the further development and implementation of rough sleeping services, including supervising staff, direct client casework and will assist the Hubs and Quality Manager to develop relationships within the Horsham and Mid Sussex communities.
You will be passionate about working for a charity that is striving for communities without homelessness. Alongside this you will bring experience of working with vulnerable people with an understanding of the difficulties they experience in accessing services, as well as some experience of supervising paid or voluntary staff.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and plan your own workload and meet deadlines and targets is essential. Good IT Skills are a must.
All applicants must have a full driving license and use of their own vehicle. Mutually agreed travel costs across the districts will be met by Turning Tides.
