Support Worker – East Grinstead

The role is based within our East Grinstead residential service consisting of 3 adjacent properties with 17 single rooms and shared facilities. There is an office on site and a large rear garden. As a single service, it provides medium to low support to residents within the service.

You will work on a needs led and case work basis in order to support residents to increase their skills, wellbeing and connection to the wider community.

You must be resilient, creative and passionate about supporting people, with the skills to build rapport effectively with  clients working to the principles of Psychologically Informed Environments. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to plan and manage your own workload, have good IT skills and meet deadlines and targets when required.
