Relief Project Workers (North of County)

The Role

We are searching for motivated and committed people to join our team of Relief Project Workers, with flexibility to work across the North of the County at our residential projects or in the community on a need led basis. The role involves supporting teams with the day to day running of services as well as motivating, empowering and supporting clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain some experience of the organisation, delivering a breadth of homelessness services to a variety of clients. Relief Work can often provide experience to develop into further roles and opportunities with Turning Tides or within the sector, with access to Turning Tides training programme to support the role and further professional development.

The successful candidate will need to enjoy working with people, have a “can do” attitude and show commitment, resilience, empathy and good basic admin and IT skills.

About You

Horsham, East Grinstead, Burgess Hill and Mid-Sussex

Contract:

Zero hours
Mainly Evenings and Weekends
2pm-10.30pm
Waking Night shifts: 10pm – 8.30am

Salary:

£12.38 per hour, plus £25 supplement for waking night cover per shift
