Turning Tides’ HR department currently consists of the Head of HR, HR Officer and HR Coordinator. We are also recruiting for a Training and Development Officer at the time of writing. The team provide a friendly, approachable and professional service, which supports all of Turning Tides’ employees. We are now seeking to expand our team by seeking a new administrator on a permanent basis.
This role would be ideal to begin your HR career, or build on your current experience. The HR Administrator will be supporting the HR team in providing a comprehensive HR and T&D service, including providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of the HR and T&D function.
The role will include all aspects of generalist HR administration work, including recruitment, updating records, safer recruitment checks and filing as well as maintaining our HRIS. Along with admin support and reporting tasks for T&D activities.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and plan own workload as well as meeting deadlines and targets is essential. Candidates must also have good IT skills and exceptional attention to detail, it is essential that candidates have experience within a busy working environment, ideally within a data entry role.
