Deputy Manager – Lyndhurst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Deputy Manager to work alongside the Homelessness Services manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy 34-bed hostel. You will be able to work with a harm reduction focus to support our staff team to provide opportunities for positive changes with our clients. We work in an asset based, person centred way and deliver our support through active risk assessing and a dynamic support planning process tailored to meet their needs.

A passion for coproduction to involve our residents in the design and delivery of their service would be invaluable and an in-depth understanding of the issues surrounding homelessness. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills at providing operational leadership and working alongside other service managers and the local council to further develop the local response to homelessness.
