Housing Manager – East Grinstead and Horsham (permanent)
Salary £27,126 per annum
37.5 hours per week

Turning Tides is a multifunctional, complex needs homelessness organisation that works in Worthing, Adur, Littlehampton, Horsham and Mid Sussex. It has over 100 staff and 300 volunteers. Its mission is to end the need to sleep rough.  

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years housing management experience to take on an exciting new role within this established and expanding organisation, with a passion to see lives transformed from homelessness to safe and secure housing.

You will manage 5 properties providing medium to low support to formally homeless or insecurely housed adults as part of stepped pathways towards independence and interdependent living.

The post will be responsible for the supervision of two support workers based in East Grinstead and Horsham, focussing on the development of the services including move on and referral opportunities, connectivity within the wider organisation and developing networks across Mid Sussex with both statutory and non-statutory services.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to manage and plan your own workload and meet deadlines and targets is essential. Good IT skills are essential.
