Getting Help

Are you at risk of becoming homeless? Do you know someone who needs help? There are many organisations locally and nationally that can offer advice and support. Details below are just some of the ways you can access support.

If someone you think is homeless is in immediate danger or need of urgent care please call 999.

Streetlink

If you are concerned about someone (over the age of 18) that you have seen sleeping rough, report it to Streetlink. Streetlink will inform local outreach teams, who can then make contact with the person to offer help and support. Please provide as much information as possible as this will help the outreach teams identify and locate the person.

First step is to contact the Housing Department within your Local Authority.
