About this event
Sign up for Bark in the Park, a relaxed, dog-friendly walk in support of Turning Tides, a charity working to end homelessness across West Sussex.
With our dogs alongside us, we’ll be heading out for a walk (with plenty of stopping to sniff and explore) to raise money for people in our community who are experiencing homelessness. Although spring brings longer days and warmer weather, many people are still facing housing insecurity and need ongoing support.
Turning Tides believes no one should have to choose between having a home and keeping their pet. That’s why three of their services are StreetVet Accredited, helping people stay together with their animals while accessing the support they need. Turning Tides provides safe accommodation, mental health and wellbeing support, and practical help to support people as they rebuild their lives.
Each year, they help over 900 local people, and this work wouldn’t be possible without fundraising and donations.
