Deputy Head of Operations (permanent)

Salary £40,000 per annum FTE

37.5 hours per week (part time hours considered)

Location – Across Turning Tides' services

Turning Tides is a multifunctional, complex needs homelessness organisation that works in Worthing, Adur, Littlehampton, Horsham and Mid Sussex. It has over 100 staff and 300 volunteers. Its mission is to end the need to sleep rough.

We are seeking to recruit to the new role of Deputy Head of Operations as result of the recent and ongoing development and growth of our services. You will be a high performing manager with experience of housing management and working with the complex issues associated with homelessness and social exclusion.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference to vulnerable people’s lives within our communities through managing and developing our service provision. You will support the Head of Operations with the development and delivery of all client services, in line with Turning Tides’ vision and ambitions.

The current portfolio of services are predominantly residential services, consisting of high, medium and low support services. However included within our portfolio of services are hub services outreach services and a multidisciplinary team.
